Ability Housing is seeking an experienced Monday.com consultant to help optimise, configure, and refine our Monday.com environment.

Your superpowers in action:
- Review and improve existing boards & automations
- Design workflows for operations, projects & tasks
- Build dashboards, reports & views for teams & leadership
- Advise on best-practice structure, permissions & scaling
- Provide hands-on configuration & light documentation/training

The Role
• Fractional / Contract Trust Accountant – SDA / Community Housing (WA)
• We are seeking an experienced Trust Accountant to support a values-led Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and community housing organisation operating in Western Australia.
• This is a fractional / contract role (2-3 days per week), well suited to an experience trust accountant or booker who enjoys working in purpose-driven environments and supporting good outcomes for marginalised people.

Scope of the role
• Oversight of property trust accounts within an SDA / community housing context
• Monthly trust reconciliations and exception management
• Audit-ready reporting and liaison with external auditors
• Ensuring compliance with WA trust accounting and housing-related requirements
• Supporting continuous improvement of trust and financial controls

About you
• Demonstrated trust accounting experience (property, community housing, SDA, or strata)
• Strong understanding of compliance, segregation of funds and audit processes
• Confident working autonomously with senior stakeholders
• A proven whiz with Xero and property / tenancy systems (Property Tree)

This role would suit someone who values accuracy, integrity, and social impact, and who prefers depth over volume.

This aim has directed us to identify desirable locations for boutique SDA housing developments within 7km of Perth or 1km of major regional centres. We aim to offer long term secure homes, where you can live as long as you desire.

Our governing team combines a unique professional skill mix and experience in disability services, healthcare, customer service and business management to SDA and accessible housing projects. This ensures we are a well-informed provider of specialised boutique housing with a deep understanding of the types of challenges that people living with complex disability can experience.
