🥤 Adrenal-Soothing Morning Elixir

1 cup warm water
1 tsp of camomile tea loose
1 tsp coconut water powder (or fresh coconut water)
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp honey (optional)

Brew the water and the tea together for 5 minutes, then add coconut water ( optional for added potassium citrate), lemon and sea salt. Let it sit for 1m and cool to add, honey.

This hydrates your body, supports your adrenal glands, and balances cortisol levels—before stress takes over.

Definitely one to share...

Coffee has a great benefits for our body if we are not suffering from stress, anxiety, depre,depression, IBs, gut issues.

If you are, unfortunately, coffee is not your friend. Trust me, I have hurt myself because of that.

Coffee is natural diuretic and will dehydrated your body even more especially early in the morning 🌄

So opt for the cup of coffee after breakfast and these for the rest of the day:

1. Chai Latte
Benefits: Anti-inflammatory, supports brain health, and helps regulate cortisol.
Recipe: 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk) heat up on low to medium temperature then slowly add

1 cup water

1 chai tea

2 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix it, and leave it to brew for couple of minutes.

What helped me the most was this 1 hack.

It is also backed by a lot of scientific research, and there is also evidence that you can if you incorporate this drink into your daily morning routine increase your energy by 40% as it involves natural processes of detoxification early in the morning.

INGREDIENTS:
👉 2 slices of lime
