We bend so we don’t break 🌻
We are at that point in the year where most people (in lives once lived) would be taking a break, checking out and giving their soul some much needed recovery and sunshine.
However, as normal life has evolved into something that we never thought it would, we miss this opportunity to rest and reset - for the second year counting.
If you’re feeling tired, you’re not alone.
If you’re feeling agitated and overwhelmed, you’re not alone.
If you’re feeling a little lost or dazed, you’re not alone.
If you’re just plain fed up, you are so not alone.
At this time, the best we can do is turn inward. Connection with ourselves brings deeper connection with others. Tuning into your body gives you space from your never-ending stream of thoughts. And getting closer to what lies within allows you to create distance from the buzz of the world around you.
