We are building our team and are seeking experienced support workers. We are looking for people who can join immediately and help grow our team in all areas of the Perth region.
Seeking experienced Support Workers (Pool)
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from candidates who would like to pursue a career as Community Support workers in the Perth metropolitan area. If you are the type of person who has a genuine passion for helping others and making a difference to our client’s quality of life, then we want to hear from you!
Working within the community you will be providing a range of services to our valued clients including undertaking personal care, social support, domestic cleaning, meal preparation and generally bringing some sunshine to their day!
If successful you will join a small team of diverse support workers. Our client promotes a dedicated client staffing model where you will focus on building relationships with your clients and their families.
What we provide:
· We provide training and on-going comprehensive support for all our team members.
· shifts available/ flexible hours.
· Shifts involve both/either community or accommodation.

· Passionate and caring.

· Ability to communicate sensitively to people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
· Ability to work independently and to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of our clients.
· Experience in support/community work
· Promote the following values: respect, empathy, integrity and acceptance.
· Valid First Aid certificate
· A current Police Check
· A current Working with Children check
· Permitted to work permanently with no restrictions (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) preferred

Licence and skills:
• Australian National Police Check (Required)-AFP -Not older than 6 months
• First Aid (Required)
• Australian driver's licence (Required)
• Working With Children (WWC) Check (Required)
• Minimum Certificate III Disability, Individual Support or other relevant qualification (Preferred)
Work Eligibility:
• Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)
