Pain on the side of your hip? 🤔 Let’s break it down 👇

It’s not always the same cause, here are a few common culprits:

🌀 Hip bursitis: Dull ache, may travel down the outer thigh, worse at night or lying on that side.
🔥Gluteal tendon pain: Often shows up after a sudden increase in activity, gets worse with repeated movement like running or walking.
⚙️ Hip joint issues: Think deep, hard-to-pinpoint pain and worse with walking or putting pressure through that leg.

🎯 Each cause has its own pattern and knowing which one you're dealing with is key to fixing it!
