Sharp neck pain isn’t all the same. Knowing the difference matters.

Muscle pain = sore, tight, tender to touch, often feels better with heat
Joint pain = sharp with turning or looking up, stiff or “stuck” feeling
Nerve pain = pain with tingling, numbness, or symptoms travelling into the arm

🧠Different tissues = different solutions.

If your neck pain isn’t improving, it’s worth getting it properly assessed rather than guessing.
