If you press too hard, you’re going past them and into muscle—completely missing the system you’re trying to stimulate.

💣 Too much pressure can collapse the vessels
Lymph capillaries are soft and thin-walled. Heavy pressure can actually flatten them, which stops lymph flow instead of improving it.

💣 It’s about directing fluid, not “pushing it out”
The goal is to guide lymph toward drainage points (lymph nodes), not forcefully move fluid like you would in a deep tissue massage.
