Our talented participant DJ returned to the Cockburn Youth Centre — and once again, he lit up the room.

With every song, he had the community singing, smiling, and moving with him. What started as a simple visit quickly became a moment of pure connection, reminding us how powerful music can be for people of all abilities.

DJ was a hit, but more than that, he was a bridge — bringing joy, confidence, and a whole lot of laughter to a community that welcomed him with open arms.

As demand continues to grow, we’re excited to announce that our 3rd and 4th SIL/SDA Houses are coming soon!

These upcoming homes will continue to support independence, choice, and a safe, family-like environment for our participants.

With this growth comes opportunity 💙

DJ’s second round of gift‑giving on Thursday was nothing short of magical. We walked into a room of about 50 people singing, laughing, and learning how to communicate with one another. Their enthusiasm was overwhelming — a powerful reminder of the joy and resilience within the differently‑abled community. It was the happiest we’ve ever seen DJ, and just as moving was seeing how much happiness he brought to everyone in that room. Thank you DJ, your family at EZ Homecare is so proud of you.
