Following the Lockdown over the long weekend, please note the following:

📌The medical centre remains open, usual business hours apply

📌Masks are required at all times whilst visiting the medical centre

📌You will be triaged on arrival.
If you;
•Are experiencing any cold/ flu-like symptoms
Cough
Cold
Fever
Sore throat and/or headache

•Were at any of the identified sites of concern

Dear Patients
Due to the State Government’s announcement regarding the lockdown today, we wish to advise that we will be moving to TeleHealth consultations with immediate affect until Friday 5 Feb at 6pm unless otherwise directed.
Your GP will call you at your appointment time and advise whether a face-to-face appointment is necessary.
Our friendly staff will still be available to take your calls and assist you in your healthcare needs.
