Idontdrinkfullstop Advocate for sobriety Hey! My name is Ali, I'm a single mum to a sometimes salty teenager!

It's 16 months since my last drinky poo and I am sooooo happy, grateful and thankful that I have ditched the booze! I'm putting my story out into the world, as I know there are a lot of people who are in the same loop I was in with alcohol! so I created this page to maybe inspire anyone that is sober curious or soberfabulous - after 35 years of heavy use/abuse I finally realised that 'alcohol has a lot to do with what dosent work'!

Day off!! Old Ali would be hung over as s**t, begrudgingly taking the dogs to the beach because I would of rewarded myself last night with alcohol, as I wasn’t working today.. that was my “reward” for ending the working week..not anymore!! 🐶🐶😎🐾🐾 ❌
