As from today there will be a "failure to attend fee" of $30
I have worked very hard to maintain bulk billing services (especially on a Saturday when very few places are still bulk billing).
I have had 3 people fail to attend when I could have allocated the appointment to someone else who needed it.
All I ask is that you give us a call to change or cancel your appointment.
I value your time so please value mine.
