I need some bodies with dysregulated or stressed out nervous systems for term 4! Sessions $50 while I complete my certification.

'Great sleep, less anxiety, feeling calm, getting more things done, better energy, body feels good...' is the feedback I've been consistently getting from NST; Neuro-Structural Integration.

This term I'll be completing my certification for NST Level One, so I need some people who are keen to commit to a MINIMUM of 4 sessions for term 4, (max 9 sessions) at $50 / session.

I'm keen to work with anyone who has a dysregulated nervous system - this may look like anxiety, reactivity, hypervigilance, fibromyalgia, trouble sleeping, anxiety, overwhelm, shut-down, difficulty focusing, chronic fatigue symptoms, or similar.

Looking for more bodies!

Over the past few weeks I’ve been exploring a new approach to bodywork — osteopathic philosophy using Bowen technique — focusing on balancing the entire system rather than directly addressing the symptom.

As the system finds balance, symptoms often begin to shift, sometimes in unexpected ways.

More energy. A more grounded nervous system. Increased focus. A greater sense of being embodied and present.

Structural balance can return, pain patterns may shift, and nervous system symptoms can ease.

I’m ready to begin layering in new elements: supporting ventral vagal “safety and connection” state, and working with the lymphatic system to specifically address symptoms linked to chronic immune challenge.

This combined approach could be especially valuable for those experiencing chronic structural, nervous system, or immune system imbalances — such as CFS, fibromyalgia. long covid or post-viral fatigue.

If this sounds like something you'd like to experience — or you know someone who might benefit — I’d love to hear from you.

We’ll work together for a minimum of 4–5 sessions, $75 each (allow 90 minutes), and simply explore what shifts become possible when the body is supported from this perspective.

I’m exploring a new bodywork approach - Bowen meets chiropractic philosophy meets craniosacral therapy..
The sequence is designed to;

* Balance the secondary respiratory system (the subtle movement of pelvic and cranial bones as we breathe)
* Improve spinal alignment
* Reduce pain and tension throughout body
* Enhance nervous system function

I’m hoping clients will experience;

* Less pain and discomfort throughout body
* Reduction in chronic nervous system-related conditions
* Better posture and spinal positioning
* A greater sense of energy and overall function

To help me explore this technique I need;

* 4 curious people willing to commit to 5 weekly sessions
* Experiencing persistent issues related to pain, nervous system function, fatigue, or spinal posture
* Available Tuesdays or Fridays from late April / early May

* First session: 90 minutes (includes intake + physical assessment)
* Subsequent sessions: 60 minutes

Amazing feedback these past two weeks, thank you all.
I'm fully booked for the rest of the half-price March offer.

Loving being back doing this work, finding my flow again...
A reminder of the simple magic of touch, intention, presence...
The deeper magic of the energy that flows through it all..
Releasing long held physical and emotional tension...
Rediscovering the fullness of self, safely held, underneath these layers of protection..

The time taken to rest, my internal growth over the past few months has showing up in every session.
I feel more confidence, trust, presence, energy flowing.

I have a couple of spots open next Friday 4th April, before taking a break for school camp, Easter, and Anzac.
I'll be back again from 29th April. Tuesdays, Fridays, and once a month Saturdays.

After an extended (much needed) break, I'm finally back doing what I love...

To help my hands remember their moves, to help my heart re-anchor into it's groove, I'm offering all sessions at half price for the rest of March.
