How many of us are aware about the use of tongue cleaner to maintain good oral hygiene.??

Tongue reflects the health & wellbeing of internal organs, so regularly inspecting tongue is an excellent way to gauge overall health.

In Ayurvedic Daily routine /Dincharya tongue scrapping is very vital due to its many health benefits
- It improves sense of taste
- Improves digestion & overall health.
- Gently stimulates the internal organs.
- Clears bacteria, toxins from the tongue which allows better absorption.

Tongue scrapping includes gently gliding stainless steel or copper tongue cleaners from back of the tongue forward to remove toxins.

Tongue scraping is simple and effective way of detoxifying your mouth everyday.

Toxins deposited at the root of the tongue give rise to foul smell and bad breath. It also doesn’t allow food to get absorbed properly in mouth.

So the tongue should be scraped regularly after brushing the teeth.

A visit to the fossil park will surely make you dig deep into the history of dinosaurs in Gujarat. And in order to quench your thirst for the same, state government came up with a Dinosaur Museum. The museum is spread in an area of over 25,000 sq. feet with 10 galleries spread in the basement and the ground floor depicting various forms of displays.
It was surely an amazing experience to know about the history and lives of Dinosaurs back then.

It’s always an honour to be invited in your own college for a talk. Time to relive all those memories but from the other side, then as a student and now as a guest speaker.
Thanks for all the love & appreciation.

Garba is a dance that honors, worships, and celebrates the feminine form of divinity. The word "garba" comes from the Sanskrit word garbha, meaning "womb." Traditionally, the dance is performed by women in a circle around a clay lantern with a light inside, called a garbha deep ("womb lamp"). The garbha deep has another symbolic interpretation. The vessel itself is a symbol of the body, within whom divinity (in the form of the Goddess or Devi) resides. Garba is danced around this symbol to honor the fact that all humans have the divine energy of Devi within them. Garba is performed during Navratri, the longest and largest dance festival in the world. Garba is a community circle dance from the northwestern Indian state of Gujarat.

Teachers have three loves: love of learning, love of learners, and the love of bringing the first two loves together. Education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it today. I am not a teacher, but an awakener. The art of teaching is the art of assisting discovery. We have 3 students Ayurveda for their clinical placements. They are currently studying Advanced Diploma in Ayurveda and attending Our clinic for the practical hour. Its an opportunity to learn for all of us and feeling grateful for an opportunity to spread the knowledge of Ayurveda to future practitioners.
