We’ve just wrapped up a beautiful 10-day Rounding Retreat and I’m still feeling the softness of it all.
Each time I guide a retreat, I’m reminded how much can shift when we step away from daily life for a while.
the body becomes more open, the mind steadier, laughter comes more easily, and stress starts to fall away.
Those who make it a habit to retreat once or twice a year truly transform over time. The change is subtle but unmistakable: a new baseline of calm and ease that naturally flows into life.

We’re so lucky to have the Raju family Ayurvedic doctors visiting Perth this year — September 4–8, 2025.
The Rajus are one of the most respected Ayurvedic families in the world. Their lineage of physicians goes back many generations, and they were the personal doctors to Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

Vedic Meditation is an ancient technique taught in the foothills of the Himalayas, India. VM is unique because it not only relaxes you, but it helps to un-stress your body / mind / nervous system. This form of meditation helps to relieve anxiety, panic attacks, lack of clarity, body pains, general feelings of stress, and so much more.
VM utilises mantra meditation and is completely effortless. One of the best things about this technique is that you don't need to quieten your mind (or sit like a zen yogi), so it is the perfect practice for people who live in the western world and can't seem to quieten their mind / thoughts.
