It’s a good day to celebrate when your day starts with a ghost poo, what defines a ghost poo you ask? In my clinic I talk poo all the time, you will often hear me talk about the ultimate ghost poo, one that requires no effort to pass, when you wipe there is nothing there, when you look in the bowl it’s disappeared = ghost poo, many reasons to celebrate, as your bowels are working at its peak! 💩
