Blooming Support Services is growing, and we’re currently looking for passionate and reliable Support Workers and Support Coordinators to join our team.

Support Workers
We are seeking dedicated individuals who are committed to making a real difference in the lives of people living with disabilities.

Requirements:
• Minimum 15 hours availability per week
• 24/7 flexibility to support client needs (including evenings and weekends when required)
• A genuine passion for supporting people to live independently and achieve their goals

Support Coordinators
We are also looking for experienced Support Coordinators to support our growing client base.

Requirements:
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Support Worker or Support Coordinator
• Ability to work from our Warwick office location
• Access to a reliable vehicle for client visits
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Passion for supporting people navigating the NDIS
