Did you know? In 2022, less than 1 in 10 Australian adults met the recommended daily serves of vegetables.

According to the Australian Dietary Guidelines, it is recommended that adults have at least 5 serves of vegetables per day. A standard serve of vegetables is 1/2 cup of cooked vegetables or 1 cup of leafy/raw salad vegetables.
