Oh Love-Fest! What a joy you've been! It's been so much fun creating and facilitating these beautiful events with 😍🫶

This one did not disappoint! Uncovering and acknowledging our shadows so our mature masculine or feminine energy could be embodied, was fascinating. It brought about so much vulnerability and realness. The women went deep and were not afraid to own their s**t. It was actually amazing to witness 😍

Our beautiful cacao and heart activating activities, and of course a little boogie at the end, finished off the day nicely! 👌

Feeling very honoured to have held space with Goldie, for these amazing women, and also watch her weave her magic! ❤️

For now, we feel like Love-Fest has run its course.... but never say never!

So what's next?! 🤔

I am planning my upcoming Circles for Mum's of Spirited Kids, hoping to start end of Nov and the next Retreat.... possibly an international one coming in 2026 too! 😮

Also, seeing clients 1:1 at Gooseberry Hill - mostly working on clearing limiting beliefs and old stories so you can shine your brightest and love yourself to the Max! 🥰

This weekend just gone. I had the privilege to attend a Family Constellation Workshop with Tiziano and Caterina. It was so eye-opening and powerful! Wow!

Our energy carries imprinting of our family dynamics, which explains why you see the same thing happening over and over. And you see all these weird dynamics playing out, but not sure why.

I learnt so much, and I have already felt a shift in my energy. It was fascinating to watch and be a part of and the info was gold! 👌

My biggest takeaway (actually there were loads!) was, if you cannot FULLY accept your mum and dad (ALL of rhem, not just the parts u like!) Then you are not fully accepting yourself (you are made from them both) This doesn't mean you can't let them go from your life if u need to. But to fully detach from them, first they must be accepted.

If you can get to a workshop, I HIGHLY recommend! They are touring the rest of Australia now, I believe ✈️ (done Perth) Absolutely brilliant 👏

It made me think, it's exactly like with our own shadows and our self - if we do not acknowledge that we have immature parts to us (such as judgement, shaming, avoidance, victim, etc) and accept them as being unhealthy parts of us, then we cannot fully love & accept ALL of us or embody the mature versions of us. (Our Divine masculine and feminine energy) 💖

I can't believe it's only 2 weeks to go until our LOVE-FEST event! This is our 4th one and each one jst gets better and better, I swear! This time we will be on Sacred land at the beautiful Sage Tree in Nowergup 🌲🌳🙌

Each event we do is always tweaked a bit but the concept is always the same....
⚘️SELF-LOVE 💗

The words are thrown around alot but it can be alot harder than it sounds, to simply love yourself.

We have been programmed and conditioned to NOT love ourselves, to tone down, to not be ourself and to believe all the limiting, unconscious beliefs that are buried inside our psyche, telling us that we're not good enough, we don't belong, we're not safe to be ourselves, etc.... and none of it is true!

At Love-Fest you will find and release your core belief from your body and begin to heal your wounds so you can see the actual truth, which is... you are sooo frikken loveable and you are more than enough, and always were! ❤️

We use somatic enquiry and kundalini bodywork to help release stored emotions from your body and then lavish on the love! 💓

There will be authentic connections, sisterhood, cacao, sound, ancestral clearing, illuminated breathwork and heaps of fun as you crack your heart open and see how amazing you are! 🥰

Well last night was weird! I got logged out of FB and couldn't get back in. Then my whole messenger disappeared and IG! I thought I'd lost the lot. 😱

And it was interesting, watching myself react.At first I was trying and trying to get in, a sense of disbelief... then I thought, s**t I've been h #$ked.... so felt angry. Then I thought, f**k I'm going to lose all those people... 🤬

I did worry that clients won't be able to msg me or find me, and I won't be able to share events etc and all the things! (Send me yr email if you want to be kept in the loop) 💕

i started messaging numbers i had in whatsapp (not many) to tell them I'd lost my account.

But then I actually felt a sense of relief! ☺️

I get to start anew! I've been wanting to cull for ages now. And I hate how my fone has me addicted to the dopamine rush, constantly checking it or having to be on it. It's insane! 🤯

It's funny how SM can make u feel, if u let it.

It can become your whole life. We can become so dependent on it. It made me realise, s**t there's people I may never be able to contact again because we only contact through FB or IG.... they can close our accounts at any time or our accounts can be taken over.

So I'm going to cull, and if u want to stay connected, pls pm me with yr number (like the good old days!) And if u want to remain FB friends pls comment below... 🥰

Well, here's to the end of 2023 and welcoming in 2024!

It's been a funny old year, filled with lots of change, growth, letting go, sadness, creation, joy... all the things!

I've gone through a fair bit of heartache this year, with loved ones and FINALLY letting go of relationships not working, after trying and hanging in there for so long 😪

I felt shame, hurt and sadness at the fact that we didn't work out and had to do alot of soul searching and looking at why I had been hell bent on hanging onto something that clearly wasn't working.

I saw potential... but saw a great post today that reminded me... the only potential I saw was how I would have behaved in the same position. (Which is also a bit judgy)

Because we can never make a person behave how WE want them to. We can't force them to change or to be honest with us... it's impossible.

But by believing that they potentially COULD be these things, I wasn't being honest with MYSELF or having integrity with MYSELF...

2023 saw me finally cut the cord. It feels good to now have firm boundaries and LISTEN to my own gut and trust my own truth. Finally!

My darling kids have been through the wringer and taken me to new levels of fear, but then coming out the other side, a bit less rigid and again, I had to learn to let go of holding the reins so tightly.

I am proud to say, my daughter told me I have gotten way less controlling! And I think it shows in our relationship and how honest she now is with me. Of course we still fight, we're human! But there's been a letting go and now she feels safe to lose her s**t with me, which is awesome! (Not at the time, but looking back, its so amazing!)

So I kept particularly quiet these last few months, as I've been preferring to go inwards and work through it all without sharing. I've also preferred to spend less time on social media as I find it so soul destroying.

Looking forward to a new year with fresh energy and hopefully a new abode (putting it out there!) 🤞🤞🤞

2024 for me is going to be about fine tuning... focus on my business and who I'm here to serve, decluttering my "office", saying no to things that are just distractions and taking more action 🙌🔥

I have new Circles planned for Mum's of Spirited Kids and have a new location in Kalamunda where I'll be running them from and can't wait!

I love bringing women together and love that we heal together through sharing knowledge, our hearts and doing our own inner work, without trying to change our kids ❤️ Super powerful! 👌✨️

Happy New Year to u all (for tmw) and here's to bringing in more joy, more abundance, more connection and more love!

I can't believe 2 weeks have gone since Luminescence Retreat already! Is it just me, or is time zooming by?!

I'm just reminiscing on the magic weaved and the beautiful women that opened their hearts 💕

Everyone was so nervous at the start, but by the end, they literally were LUMINESCENT! ✨️

Women in Circle, sharing, caring, being vulnerable and opening up, connecting, dancing, BREATHING, and being seen and heard..... it's all so powerful and healing 🔥

Tuning in and listening to our Soul. It's needed and necessary ✨️

Giving a huge shout out to the 13 gorgeous women who showed up for themselves (myself included because I too listened to my soul and created what I felt was needed!) 🥰

Celebrating us and every Soul on the planet because we are all beautiful, in our own unique way.

Running this Retreat reminded me how much women need Circles.... so I'm starting up my Circles for Mum's of neurodiverse kids again...

LUMINESCENCE Retreat is happening this time next week!! And I cannot wait to get there!

I've jst been finalising the last touches and I can tell you, it's going to be a goodie!!

We are going to be connecting to our Higher Self and to Source, remembering why we're here. ..
