Hi, let me introduce myself and my business again.
My name is Carmen, and I am the founder of Entrusted Remedial Massage.
Why did I choose this business name? Because during my last job in Karratha, many clients kept coming back and trusted me with their care. That feeling stayed with me and showed how important trust is in this work.
As a stereotypical Asian kid, I didn’t have many choices growing up. My life was full of stress and competition. Being introverted didn’t help, especially since the world often expects you to be social, which I didn’t find energising. When I came to Australia, I first took a working holiday, a solo trip as a proper introvert. Later, I studied a Diploma of Remedial Massage. Eventually, I was sponsored as a Remedial Massage Therapist and made Australia my home. These were the first choices I truly made for myself, and it feels wonderful.
As an entrusted client, I understand you don’t come here to ‘bond’ with anyone. You’re paying for a service, and you trust me to help you feel better.
At Entrusted Remedial Massage, all services are one-on-one. This means your space is truly safe. You won’t feel any social pressure or expectation to perform. If you want to chat, I can be quite chatty, sometimes maybe oversharing, so please remind me to stop if I talk too much. I’ll just need to recharge afterwards.
For all my clients who have come to me, I am truly grateful the universe let us meet. If you take a break from massage for any reason, I won’t ask questions unrelated to your session when you return. I may check in about any changes to your body or medications to make sure there are no contraindications.
