This means I'm set up again to work on your muscles with massage techniques and tools, on your emotions, hormones and energies with Kinesiology and tools.

Remedial Massage is great for improving blood circulation as well as loosening tight and knotted muscles. It increases range of motion of your muscles which in turn enhances bodily movement. The best result can also be relaxation and better sleep.

Hot stone massage: I use the hot rocks as another tool to compliment the Remedial massage techniques. It helps to melt the knots away and at the same time sooths and relaxes the body, especially in the winter.

It has been a long time coming, but I am ready to open my doors to massage clients again. I will be adding a special touch using Kinesiology as another investigative tool to strengthen the long term benefits of massage.
Kinesiology is a holistic healing modality that brings Eastern and Western medicine together to assess the multilevel systems that interact with each other. All the Energetic and Physical systems will be tested for deficiencies or over-energies which can affect other systems that are closely connected to them such as the Muscular system and the Meridians, or the Nervous system and the Chakras. Hormones and blood vessels, down to the cells are all included. Whatever trauma you had as a child or stress that you have now, these can all have an impact on your daily life and physical wellbeing.
