Cooking for Climate workshop in action! Cooking with Induction cooktops, focusing on using seasonal produce Live_Lighter and how to reduce food waste with meal planning The Great Unwaste. 22 people attended this 4th workshop in the popular Food and Friends series at the Armadale Community Family Centre. Thanks to the City of Armadale for funding this project that brings people in the together to learn about gardening, healthy eating, cooking skills and reducing food waste. And we have a shared lunch to finish off the workshop. Was delicious!

Grow Cook Eat is running free kids cooking activity: Family Kitchen at Captivate Capel!
Come along and join in this free hands on cooking activity for kids and grown ups to do together at the free community event in Capel.
Saturday 28th March. Sessions start on the hour, every hour from 12 - 4pm.
