I used to think one “bad” weekend meant I had to start my healthy lifestyle all over again

Easter hit, the chocolate was everywhere, and I did what most women do I told myself I’d “be better” on Monday

But Monday came with guilt, eating less, skipping meals, and falling straight back into the yo yo dieting cycle
