I used to think some women had a secret.

They would order pizza, eat ice cream, enjoy dessert and somehow still stay slim. Meanwhile I felt like just looking at a doughnut would make me gain weight.

For years I believed weight loss meant restriction. Cutting foods out. Starting another diet on Monday. Trying to be “good” all week and then feeling like I’d ruined everything the moment I ate something off plan.

But the truth is those women weren’t lucky. They simply understood something about healthy eating and weight loss that most busy women are never taught.

Once I learned the method behind it, everything changed. Food stopped feeling stressful. I stopped yo yo dieting. And I finally understood how to enjoy the foods I love while still seeing results.

I never planned to build three businesses… I just wanted to solve one problem.

A few years ago I was a teacher who felt the same frustration so many women feel around healthy eating and weight loss. Confusing advice. Restrictive diets. Starting again every Monday.

After having kids and navigating my own 10kg weight loss journey, I realised something important… women don’t need more rules. They need help learning how to eat. They need clarity, simple systems, and practical guidance that actually works in real life as a busy woman.

That curiosity turned into a mission.

Some mornings feel impossible. Between getting the kids ready, starting work, and trying to fit in a workout, breakfast often gets skipped or something quick doesn’t keep me full.

Now I make the High Protein Pancake Bake. I just add water and fruit, bake, and each serve has 18g of protein. It’s a healthy, high-protein breakfast that keeps me satisfied for hours, perfect for meal prep. I also love that I can mix up the flavors each day to keep breakfast interesting.

Small changes like this make healthy eating simple, save time in the kitchen, and give me more energy and it makes it waaayyyy easier to say no to all the not so healthy snacks!

I didn’t lose my fitness.

For the longest time, I thought being “consistent” with healthy eating meant never missing a workout, always meal prepping on Sunday, drinking 3 litres of water and never touching chocolate.

And every time life got busy (which as a working mum is… always), I’d fall off and start over Monday. Again.
That cycle of stop-start, all-or-nothing thinking is exactly why so many women struggle with weight loss for busy women and feel stuck in yo-yo dieting.

I used to laugh at healthy breakfast meal prep.

Why would anyone prep breakfast when you can just grab a coffee, a piece of toast and run out the door? That was me. Rushing. Skipping. Crashing by 10am. Then wondering why my energy, cravings and weight loss felt so hard.

Everything changed when I realised busy mornings need a system.

The high protein pancake bake became my morning game changer. I mix it, add water and fruit, bake and I’ve got multiple serves ready to go. It takes less than 10 minutes to prep and one mix gives me three different flavours.

Now I don’t skip breakfast. I stay full until lunchtime. My blood sugar feels stable. My mornings feel calm instead of chaotic.

POV: meal planning dinners and work week lunches used to feel like a daily crisis… and now it’s the easiest part of your day.

Evenings used to look completely different. Standing in front of the fridge at 5:30, hungry, tired, kids asking what’s for dinner, mentally calculating if takeaway would “ruin” the day. Some nights it was random snacks. Other nights it was cooking two separate meals and still feeling unsatisfied.
