Join us in our expanding and OT-supported playgroups where you and your child can access a neuroaffirming, play and nature-based environment where all ways of being, communicating, connecting, and engaging are celebrated and uplifted.

Our sessions focus on connection, co-regulation, and building confidence through meaningful play, set at each child’s pace. Think muddy hands, movement, sensory-safe moments, and authentic peer connection (for both parents and kids) all alongside supportive, attuned OTs 🌿

🌿TEENS AND TWEENS NATURE GROUP🌿
A space to show up as you are, connect with others, and build confidence through shared fun and play. Our child-led, neuro-affirming sessions meet young people where they’re at, whether it be skate park hangs, walk & talks, arts and crafts, an intense game of Chameleon, or simply being our authentic selves in nature, together.
These weekly Nature Group sessions aim to gently support meaningful peer connections in a safe, inclusive environment!

Tuning into our bodies through proprioceptive input and taking a moment to unwind after a busy day at school.

NEW EASTER HOLIDAYS OT PLAYGROUP!!

Join us these school holidays for a small, supportive playgroup designed for young children and their parents. Our sessions combine nature play, connection, and gentle therapeutic support in a relaxed outdoor environment.

This playgroup offers a space for families to connect with one another, share experiences, and explore play in a way that honours each child’s unique neurology.

Dates & Times: Week 1 (April School Holidays)
Tuesday April 7th
Wednesday April 8th
Thursday April 9th
(attendance required all 3 days)
Two session times available each day:
🍄 9:00am – 10:00am
🍄 10:30am – 11:30am

Who Can Attend:
Children aged 3–4 years and their parents/caregivers.

What to Expect:
Sessions are semi-structured and guided by occupational therapists, with a focus on child-led exploration. Each day will include a planned nature-based activity such as:
🪵 Sensory and messy play
🪵 Pretend and imaginative play
🪵 Food play
🪵 Nature scavenger hunts
🪵 Open-ended nature exploration

Children are always welcome to engage at their own pace, and there is no pressure to participate in any activity.
Therapists will also be available to provide gentle guidance and support around topics such as:
🐨 Types of play and play development
🐨 Supporting social connection
🐨 Understanding your child’s needs through a neuroaffirming lens
🐨 Topics important to your family
🐨 Families are encouraged to share what they would like support with, and we will weave these discussions throughout the week.

These Easter school holidays we are returning with our beloved ‘Learn to Ride’ Bike Skills Groups!
Delivered by our lovely OTs, your child will be supported in building confidence, balance, coordination, and road safety skills while making new peer connections and having fun. This skills group spans across two 90 minute sessions:
🚲 9:00am: Ages 5-8
🚲 10:30am: Ages 9-12

🌿 2026 ENROLMENTS NOW OPEN FOR OUR EARLY YEARS OT NATURE GROUPS (ages 3-5) 🌿

🐨 Weekly play-based therapy sessions led by our lovely OTs. Providing a gentle, child-led, and nature-based space for our kiddos to grow and learn. Parents remain present during session, but we also support growing confidence in separating from parents safely.
🐢 Scaffolding social confidence and meaningful, safe peer connections within real-time and real life peer interactions.
🐨 Supporting developing body awareness and body confidence through movement and play.
🐢 Space for children to experience, understand, and move through big feelings within a safe and regulating outdoor environment.
🐨 Increased access to safe, trusted, and attuned adults for co-regulation and emotional learning.
🐢 Focus on uplifting our kiddos across social, emotional, physical, and neuro-developmental domains.
🐨 Delivered under a neuro-affirming lens to ensure each kiddo can grow as their most authentic and empowered self!
🐢 Decreased costs due to lowered group session duration (60 minutes total billed):
🌿45 minutes of direct therapy
🌿 5-10 minutes of parent feedback after each session
🌿 5-10 minutes of clinical notes and session preparation
