TOP 3 Busso 100 prep tips: your nutrition is just as important as your training.
1️⃣ Don’t try anything new on race day: practice your carb and hydration plan in training and think through the logistics now.
2️⃣ Have all your race nutrition prepped and packed so you’re not fighting every other triathlete through Coles, Woolies and the bike shops.
3️⃣ Have a backup plan if things go sideways: cramp, heat, nausea, dropped gel or bottle, so one hiccup doesn’t ruin your race (adaptability is an important skill to strengthen in these longer events!)
