You should have a reason to exercise.

I exercise because it gives me energy, it helps me do daily activities with ease, I can walk up hills or stairs and be ok and it's nice to be strong.

At 6am I pull myself out of bed and use the water effect light on red to workout too, so I don't wake everyone else with bright light.

Except the dogs. They come and play and lie next to me for pat's.

Australian Disabilities Tenpin Incorporated (ADTI), is a registered charity proudly supporting bowlers with disabilities across the country. We are currently preparing for one of the largest single-sport disability events in Australia – the National Disability Tenpin Bowling Championship, a 10-day tenpin bowling tournament running from 4 to 14 June 2025 in Perth, WA.

With over 350 bowlers from across Australia participating, this event is not only a celebration of athleticism and inclusion but also a powerful platform for awareness and community engagement.
