Hi everyone - I hope that you’re all staying safe, well and sane during these challenging times! ❤️

I don’t know about you but I have been using my diffuser more than ever in these last few weeks.

Lavender, Balance with something citrus or peppermint are my ‘go to’ oils.

I’ve also used a lot of Purify and Lemon for cleaning.

Thank goodness for oils - they have such an effect on my mood and that of the kids!!

There are some other suggestions in the post below - looking forward to trying Copaiba and Citrus Bloom this afternoon!!!
