🍃CLEARIFY- Air Blend🍃

Had to share. This would have to be my new favourite oil. It smells amazing. If you are drawn to the fresh, citrus blends you will love it.

I currently have it going in 3 rooms to give the house a fresh, clean smell. (Perhaps that will disguise the mess?😝)

POM- Cedarwood 15ml. This has become a regular for me, in fact I've just ordered this month. This is a nice gentle sleep oil and encourages relaxation. I've also found this to be amazing paired with Easy air to stop those niggling coughs. I use it both topically and in the diffuser.

In the spirit of the 'R U Ok' this week, I came across this and had to share.
I'm so guilty of not taking enough time for self care, so let's all help each other to remember.

Yesterday Matt and I shipped the kids off to the grandparents, smashed out a whole day of spring cleaning (so satisfying), went on a date and watched the sunset. To start the day today, I'm enjoying my coffee in bed after my first child free night since Millie was born. Amazing how good just having a bit of time to sort yourself out can feel.
