Sunday learning in full swing at Burswood Health!

Our APA-titled physiotherapist, Reuben Fox, alongside Nathan Treacy and Jermaine Liburd, ran a 3-hour interactive workshop for Curtin University post-graduates, delving deep into cervical spine and elbow management.

It was fantastic to see so many passionate young physios in action. Together, we raised $60 for the Physiotherapy Research Fund!

Big thanks to everyone who joined and helped support the next generation of physiotherapists 👏👏

👉 Here’s one thing you can try today: before you cough, sneeze, or lift, breathe out gently and engage your pelvic floor like you’re stopping a wee. It’s called “the knack,” and it helps protect your core and pelvic floor.
