PSA to all my ladies but hormones looooove to communicate and all that summer fun indulgence has to catch up somewhere 🤭
 
Have you really noticed your hormone changing after Christmas?
 
I definitely feel the impacts on my own body if I’ve overindulged ✋🏻
 
Turns out it’s actually really normal and no need to panic!
 
As you start to get more disciplined again you’re going to want to support your body gently (no crazy stuff!) to come back to balance.
 
Here are a few things that I do:
 
* Daily movement - non-negotiable - but my intensity varies between walking, strength, HIIT and lymphatic flow
* Meals - I love protein and colourful fibre and especially loads of brassica veg are great for hormone balance
* I tweak my supplement routine and make it an AM and PM ritual. That gives my body lots of extra support, so that it can do its job 😏
I’ve been recently loving Hormone Harmony by - I just love the way it feels and knowing the ingredients are clean and balanced too xx ✨

Wooooo 🎉 2026 is going to be spicy beautiful people!!

Woweee, I’ve really taken this full 2 month break to make the absolute most of summer and give myself and my loved humans everything we’ve needed. It’s been epic! (and zero guilt too)

I feel fully recharged from every angle and champing at the bit to get back into making people feel alive again!

A little bit of life and lymphatics lately ✨ I thought I’d give you a little preview of my (**some say boring) daily and weekly habits and hope they inspire you to start to practice deep devotion to your body too. Feel free to save ❤️

I start every day with about 11 mins of lymphatic flow movement that’s a combination of bouncing and generally waving my arms around 😂 but it’s an ancient practice to flush out inflammation and get blood and energy flowing.

I train most days and walk every day but the intensity varies between strength, functional type circuits and yes a little heart-rate-spiking HIIT. Lately I’ve been making “friends” with kicksits and the assault bike 🤢- the key here is just to push yourself for a little mental and physical resilience not to the point of burnout but not staying in the zone of avoidance either. We all know where that is… listen to your body but don’t listen too much to the voices 😉

Nutrition - same same most days! Lean protein, colourful fibre. About 2 meals and a snack. Coffee with fat. And something fun on the weekends or when I feel like it. I’m rigid but not un-fun either. Don’t eat eggplant 😂

Lymphatics - I’m huge on this right now, it’s changed my world. Daily bouncing, hydration is top of my priority list and I get a full lymphatic massage once every 1-2 weeks to help my drainage system.

I also like to add a few little self care feminine rituals in to my day, whether it’s a face mask or just wearing what makes me feels good 🥰 - and I’m always learning and growing through who/what I choose to follow and read. Self development is a part of my every day routine.

That’s my simple formula and it might seem out of reach but I promise you with all my heart it’s simply just a shifting of your priorities and if I can do it so can you ###

Listen I didn’t want to get up and train or eat healthy today either but here we are 😂
Even the most disciplined people on the planet are going to have times where we’re running excuses in our brains looking for an “out” - totally normal - however… not giving in.

Howwww?? Self talk. But not just any self talk.

Sometimes you have to remember where you came from and how hard you’ve fought to be here.

That’ll do it. 🔥

Heels, head and standards high (and that goes for your health too). 😉

Sometimes…
We lack motivation because we lack discipline.
We lack discipline because we lack boundaries.
We lack boundaries because we lack standards.

When you raise your standards you raise your level of self worth and your health will always be at the front and centre of that. And when you do, the world has no option but to rise to match your frequency ☺️❤️
