PSA to all my ladies but hormones looooove to communicate and all that summer fun indulgence has to catch up somewhere 🤭
Have you really noticed your hormone changing after Christmas?
I definitely feel the impacts on my own body if I’ve overindulged ✋🏻
Turns out it’s actually really normal and no need to panic!
As you start to get more disciplined again you’re going to want to support your body gently (no crazy stuff!) to come back to balance.
Here are a few things that I do:
* Daily movement - non-negotiable - but my intensity varies between walking, strength, HIIT and lymphatic flow
* Meals - I love protein and colourful fibre and especially loads of brassica veg are great for hormone balance
* I tweak my supplement routine and make it an AM and PM ritual. That gives my body lots of extra support, so that it can do its job 😏
