I am an intuitive energy and body work healer, working with you to facilitate your journey to empowerment and self-knowing. I have studied a number of different techniques and process over the years, through which, I have found who I am and what I can offer to others. I continue to strive for more growth and consciousness within myself. 2018 has bought in a whole new level of connection and increased potency for me, myself and through my work. I love sharing what I have learnt and working with others looking for more in their lives. The meaning behind the name - Inala Living. Wanting to keep a connection to my South African roots, searching through some Zulu names, I found Inala which means “Abundance”. After deciding on this name, I found that it also has a meaning in Aborigine - “A Place of Peace”. In this one word, I was able to combine my past and my present to create my future.
Since 2009, I have worked as an SRI Facilitator & Educator in various NSA Chiropractic offices. Creating Inala Living allows me to share these simple yet life changing tools with more people outside of Chiropractic. Teaching you, how to access your own essence, style and authentic self. Holding the space & working together for you to access your own internal resources, energy and empowerment. No matter where you are at in life, there are no limits to simply, BE EXTRAORDINARY! In 2017, I was introduced to the world of Access Consciousness and the Access Bars®. I have completed my practitioner training and also became an Access Consciousness Bars® Facilitator, allowing me to teach this amazing and life life changing body process to others. I also completed my Access Energetic Facelift Practitioners training, adding this to what I offer. SRI - The 12 Stages of Extraordinary Experiencing™ and the Reorganisational Living™ tools & resources, each session is guided and tailored to your needs on the day. Sessions may incorporate: - Stages from The 12 Stages of Extraordinary Experiencing (SRI) Facilitator & Educator (Somato Respiratory Integration™ - Body / Breath Integration) - Intuitive & Energy Medicine Healings - Reorganisational Living Tools Individual sessions are also available via Skype. Workshops - (workshops can be designed around a specific need or using the 12 stages of extraordinary experiencing and reorganisational living tools and approach / I am willing to travel to run workshops.
