Here’s some guidance to get you started:
🏋️ When should I increase weight?
When your current weight feels easy and you can complete your reps with good form — it’s time to challenge yourself and make progress!
🛌 When should I take a rest day?
Listen to your body! Take a rest day if you feel unusually sore, fatigued, or mentally drained. Recovery is just as important as training.
🥗 When should I eat before a workout?
Aim for a light meal 1–2 hours before training. Think carbs + protein to fuel your energy and performance — not a heavy feast!
🙋♂️ When should I ask for help?
Ask for guidance anytime you’re unsure about technique, programming, or progress. Our PTs are always happy to support you — no question is too small.
