Cognitive health plays a crucial role in overall well-being, influencing everything from memory to decision-making. Engaging in activities that stimulate the brain can lead to significant improvements in cognitive function and quality of life.

We will be in Singapore from the 13th to 15th March 2026 to do just that so look out for our special BCC Singapore Hub emerging from this website!

We share leasing space with the HBC Support Coordination team who assist with many in the NDIS with their navigation and coordination within the NDIS, including a number of our participants in the scheme.

Please LIKE and FOLLOW their page and you will recognize the surroundings since they use our facilities on a regular basis for their Team meetings and Professional Development training.

We partake of regular in-depth Team meetings to share resources, networks, problem solve, mentor and conduct professional development training every few weeks.

We are also nationally accredited and like all formally registered providers, we undertake national audits every 15 months to ensure professional standards and compliance to the charter.

Registrations for the Neuro Gym for Over 50 year olds in the Applecross and Ardross area have commenced with the Brain and Cognition Clinic and held at our Integrated Health premises here in Applecross.
