I'm finding whilst traveling across Australia in the middle of winter in a van to be very challenging, not being able to move my body how I would usually like to. So many layers of clothing just to keep my body warm and so much more time to put in for warming up my body in bulky uncomfortable clothing and cold, windy and public settings (how spoilt we can be at times). Whilst I can feel my practice, my strength, my flexibility and my focus taking a brake and some what being lost I actually feel ok with that and I look forward to getting back into it in a new environment, new settings, new inspiration and new perspective, once we learn one thing it does not mean we can't re-learn it again and take something different from it over and over. Plus the body is ever changing.. For now I'm keeping my lungs strong with breath and hamstrings as less grumpy as possible with lots standing forward folds. My simple favourite !!
And in no time at all I'll be saluting the rising sun of the EAST with some inflexible sun salutations. ππ½ππ½
