Adenomyosis often goes undetected for years, and once you finally get the diagnosis, the big question becomes: what actually helps?

Most treatments focus on hormonal suppression and how it affects the uterine muscle, but the evidence is still evolving.

Western Australia has passed long-awaited updates to its ART and surrogacy laws and it marks a significant shift in how fertility care will be delivered.

These changes expand eligibility, strengthen protections and bring WA closer to national standards, but the new laws are not yet in effect and may take up to 18 months to roll out.

Embryo grading can look simple from the outside, but it’s a structured system that helps the lab describe what they see in a consistent, reliable way.

It’s one piece of information, not a prediction of genetics or future pregnancy outcomes.

But it is important to know that grading is a subjective measure and not as simple as checking a few boxes.

Deciding to freeze your eggs is a major step, and making sense of the numbers can help you move forward confidently.

Australian research shows that simply freezing a “few eggs” may not be enough to reach a strong likelihood of future pregnancy, especially as age increases.

So if you’re thinking ahead: gather the right information now. Speak with your fertility specialist about how many eggs you might aim for based on your age, reserve and family goals.

What’s one question about egg freezing you’d like answered next? Drop it below.

Mounjaro has become part of many conversations about weight, hormones and long-term health.

Naturally, it has found its way into fertility discussions too.

If you are using it and thinking about future pregnancy, the most important piece is TIMING. Tirzepatide is not recommended during pregnancy, and a washout period is usually advised before trying to conceive.

This doesn’t mean the medication is harmful. it simply means the research is still evolving, and safety comes first in those early weeks of development.

The two week wait has a way of stretching time.

You’re doing your best to stay hopeful while also managing a hundred quiet thoughts in the background. 🤍

The goal in this window is steadiness.

→ Small routines that keep your nervous system calm.
→ Habits that help your body feel supported.
→ Boundaries that protect your headspace.

It doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs to feel manageable.

If there’s something you’re unsure about in your own two week wait, drop it below and i’ll add it to a future q&a.
