Hi everyone,
Running a small business comes with its challenges, and one of the biggest is last minute cancellations.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve had 12 last minute cancellations which equates to $840 loss of income. As someone who is self-employed, this isn’t just a minor inconvenience, it directly impacts my income and the time I’ve set aside specifically for my clients.
I completely understand that life happens and sometimes things are out of our control. However, I kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.
This allows me the opportunity to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting.
