Healing Modalities

In the healing worlds there can be a lot of competition & ego around which modality is best.
e.g. My modality gets to the root of the issue & clears it permanently.
My modality is the answer to all your problems..etc...

As a client trying to find the best modality for you it can be confusing & overwhelming trying to decide
which to go with,
where to start,
is this right for me?

ALL healing modalities have the potential to work.

What I've found is that I resonate better with some types more than others & at different times in my life different things have suited me better. Now I have an amazing team of healers who practice different modalities. When I need assistance I feel into which healer & which modality would be best for me at this time, for ### issue
..... BUT .....

I also know that it doesn't really matter WHICH modality I use; if my intentions are clear & I'm brave enough to face myself, then the deep healing will happen.

The key part is finding a practioner/healer who I feel safe with, who I know has done their own personal work & who can guide me back to reclaiming myself in my own power.

That is how I learnt it, and that is the type of space I like to hold in my sessions - clear, clean, empowered, safe space - focused on your intentions & your outcomes.

Altar creations are one of my favourite things to do.
Intuitively placing items, waiting for the response from my body, trusting myself & letting go of perfectionism and doing it for others. My altar is for me.

Patterns, colours, texture - noticing small details & sitting back to take in the whole effect - both as important as each other.

Noticing how it makes me FEEL whilst creating & then after upon reflecting.

This is a simple practice connecting us to our:
-feminine expression,
-voice within,
-intuition, and
-inner wisdom.

As we learn to trust the creativity to express through us we learn self- acceptance, self-belief & open ourselves to see the beauty in the world right in front of us.

In 2025 I'll be running Altar At Home courses.
You'll learn
-how to create an altar,
-how to trust yourself in the process,
-build your connection to your intuition,
-why we create altars &
-what to do once you've created the altar.

You will learn tools, tips & skills of how to create your own at home meditation practice. So you no longer need to feel confused or unsure if you're doing it properly.

I will build your confidence & self-belief to create your own practice suited to you & your souls calling.

The last 6 weeks has been... AMAZING! A crazy amazing adventure.

Busy - yes. So, so much on - yes. But awesome, inspiring, fun, connecting, relaxing, purposeful things which make me happy to be living this life with these people in it & having these experiences.

I've had an increase in my business which feels 😁💖💫👸💃🧘‍♀️ from Space Clearings, Intuitive Reiki, Breathwork & ceremonies - it's been fulfilling & exciting. It's required growth from me to hold more capacity & have believe in myself. Back in September I held my first ceremony with a group of tweens called First Bleed Ceremony, learning about puberty & our cycle. Then I was asked to hold a ceremony honouring the transition from primary school to high school & celebrating the progression from child to teen. It was beautiful & meaningful & an honour to hold this space. In-between I facilitated a Ground & Connect Women's Circle at Wild Village Festival. 4 days connecting with myself & other women in meaningful ways.

Mike and I went to Melbourne for Pearl Jam & had a great time relaxing, exploring & reconnecting without kids around.

We had end of year dance concerts, basketball tournaments, birthday celebrations, awards nights, end of footy windup, organising the school disco & more...

So grateful to have all these experiences in my life & take nothing for granted, but knowing I have co-created all this bliss. 🥰

There's still plenty of festivities to come with graduation, end of year & Xmas catch ups.

I'm still available for 1 on 1 sessions however once school holidays hit (12th Dec) my availability will be more limited.
I have a number of Space Clearings booked in already for December. If you need a Space Clearing urgently let me know asap otherwise it'll be Jan/Feb.

I still have 1 x Women's Circle left on Sunday 15th December 9am & a Mum's & Kids Mindfulness Circle on Friday 20th Dec 9am.

30th Dec I'll hold an Online End of Year Reflection Circle & early in new year I'll hold an Online Welcoming the New Year Circle - where we'll start the year with intentionality.

This weekend I facilitated the Ground & Connect Circle

We met in Circle & experienced:
A nervous system regulation exercise - to build safety
A somatic exercise - to create deeper connection with our body
A beautiful tree breathing meditation - to ground (& literally feel like you ARE a tree!)
Gentle breathwork - for self-awareness & expression

I am so honoured these people chose to come & experience this session with me. I feel privileged to do this for my work - nothing about it is work - it's a pleasure to be a person who holds space for transformation & deeper self-connection for others.

As with every Circle or session I facilitate it's also about my own learnings & growth too. And for that I am so grateful.

We had to adapt & move through this Circle - chasing the shade, trying not to breathe in the flies. My poor altar looked a bit worse for wear by the end - slope, wind, dragging it around to different locations 🤣 but, like a tree, we are flexible & resilient whilst also grounded & solid.

Thought I'd share the realisations I've had about myself the past 3 weeks pre- and post- my 43rd birthday.

Feels like a lot of big perspective shifts in a very short time but I have been consciously trying to move forward in expanding me & my business.

To have the energy to expand we need to have cleared the old layers first to make room for expansion & a new way of being.

First we bring awareness.
Then listen for the whispers from the mind, body & spirit.
These big leaps are possible because I've been held in 2 loving containers the past months - allowing me to be in the vibration of people who've already done it & they hold the space for me to find myself & expand into.

I'm here to show you what's possible. I understand & love myself more now at 43 than I ever have consciously known to in this life. At what age will you start the journey to loving & understanding yourself more?
