Today, Exercise For Life is demonstrating safe, effective exercises for Diastasis Recti – a condition where the abdominal muscles separate, often due to pregnancy, but it can also affect men and women with abdominal strain, rapid weight changes, or after surgery.

This condition can lead to core weakness, lower back pain, and poor posture if not managed properly. That’s why it’s so important to consult an Accredited Exercise Physiologist before starting or resuming exercise. We can help guide you through movements that heal rather than harm.
