Inside Out Occupational Therapy provides individualized assessment, individual therapy sessions, group-based work, school-based support and liaison, parent consultation, parent therapy and family therapy. As each child and family is unique, our assessment and therapy process is tailored to meet individual needs and includes:
Fine motor skills
Gross motor skills
Visual perceptual skills
Sensory processing and integration
Self-regulation (including attention and emotions)
Psychosocial skills (including social skills, self-esteem, confidence and motivation)
