These are my go to Essential oils:
Lavender – calms my nervous system and helps me slow down
Wild Orange – lifts my mood when I feel heavy
Frankincense – helps me feel grounded and clear again
I’ll diffuse them or apply (diluted) to my wrists & take 3-5 deep breaths of their aroma.
It’s such a small habit, but it makes a big difference.
In a 10 ml Roll-on add:
Top note Wild Orange, add 8 drops
Middle note Lavender, add 8 drops
Base note: Frankincense, add 4 drops and top up the roll-on with a carrier oil.
