When I have tension in my body I do my best to take care of it straight away so it doesn’t get worse.

Today I am showing you how to dilute our massage blend for better absorption and to make sure it last you longer too.

I enjoy spending time with my grandkids showing them how I make different things.
Today we made pancakes, started sour dough culture and sauerkraut.

I Usually pull this w**d out of the garden and throw it in the bin.
Today I remembered that in the past I used to eat it and enjoyed eating it too, so instead of throwing it away, I added it to our salad and it added a crunchy texture and nice flavour to our salad.
Purslane is a hardy succulent w**d, it is highly nutritious, rich in omega 3s, vitamins (A,C,B) and minerals.
It has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

A new year has began and I don't have a New Year's resolution but a mind that wants to learn it all and do it all.

This way of thinking and feeling can be overwhelming, and I don't want it to be.

My focus this year is to be in the moment as much as I can and feel my way through what kind of year this year will be.

I have my goals and my schedule, but nothing will be forced. If something feels that has to change, it will change.

Taking it easy for January and enjoying my family.

February is back to business as usual.

Did you know that there is a planet Earth Flag?
Purpose of the flag
1. To be used while representing planet Earth.

2. To remind the people of Earth that we share this planet, no matter national boundaries, that we should take care of each other and the planet we live on.

According to Wikipedia, peace activist John McConnell created the "Earth Flag," which features the "Blue Marble" photograph of Earth, in 1969. According to www.ef-gov.org, the flag was later updated in 1973 to include the iconic Blue Marble photo taken by the Apollo 17 crew.

Separately, Oskar Pernefeldt designed the International Flag of Planet Earth, which launched in 2015 and features seven interlinked rings representing life and interconnectedness.
