Support coordination, case management, mentoring and allied health services. We are an NDIS registered provider.

Established in 2014, Facilitatrix is a young, innovative company seeking to provide extraordinary services for the aged, vulnerable adults, people with disabilities and their families in Western Australia . Our staff are passionate about empowering these client groups with a view to helping them achieve their personal goals and maximise their independence. We aim to achieve this by providing unique and individualised services to our clients and training to organisations in the disability and aged care sectors that will assist them to provide high quality services. We also seek to partner with like-minded organisations within the community to provide programs with a difference in areas where we have identified gaps in service provision within the sector. Our services include support coordination; case management, allied health services, mentoring, advocacy, consultancy and customised corporate training packages. We strive to be an employer of choice by providing flexible working conditions that promote work/life balance and support mental health and well being. We promote staff autonomy and professional development and enable our employees to work creatively and achieve a high level of job satisfaction.

We are part of an exciting new collaboration with JP Trusted Advisor

Co-create is coming soon!

We are proud to announce the establishment of Co-Create, a collaborative partnership between JP Trusted Advisor and Facilitatrix.

Co-Create was developed with a clear purpose, to support organisations across the disability and mental health sectors to provide services and supports with confidence, clarity and integrity in an evolving regulatory environment.

By bringing together two highly experienced organisations whose values are aligned, Co-Create offers consultancy services and training designed to strengthen governance, build workforce capability and prepare providers for audits and NDIS registration requirements.

Together, Jodi from JP Trusted Advisor and Caroline from Facilitatrix bring a wealth of knowledge and decades of frontline, leadership and consultancy experience across disability, mental health, aged care, government and human services.

Today we want to celebrate all the wonderful women involved in Facilitatrix and beyond.

International Women's Day (IWD) has been around for over a hundred years, as have many of the issues still impacting women's advancement.
Since 1911, IWD belongs to all who care about gender equality. Celebrate women's achievement, raise awareness about discrimination and take action to forge gender parity!
