I was recently speaking with my boss who quoted Jocko Willink “Discipline equals Freedom”.

It all came about as I said we needed a sugar fix 🤣

Funny how certain things, at certain moments in life, just click and it all made perfect sense.

But…..yep, there’s a but. I said I’d have to start my discipline from Tuesday, corz the sisters are coming to visit on Monday and that means home made Italian food and biscotti 🤣🤣🤣🫣
