Mate has officially joined the Encompass Homecare team for months, and she’s already taking her role very seriously:

💁‍♀️ “Emotional support? I got you.”
👂 “Active listening? I’m all ears… well, feathers.”
📝 “Care plan? Simple — more cuddles, less stress.”

She’s been busy today doing client visits, providing shoulder therapy, and making sure everyone feels loved and supervised.

If you spot Mate on shift, don’t be surprised — she’s just doing her rounds… and maybe looking for snacks too! 😂💛
