Push through the why

Its OK to feel
Anger
Hurt
Guilt
Sadness
Anxious
All those other negative feelings yes its ok to feel them.....but it is not ok to stay there.....

Take the time you need

To deal
To heal
To accept

"What can I do RIGHT NOW to make my life better?"

This is something we should be asking ourselves, multiple times a day.

With the extreme over use of Facebook, Netflix, television, computer games and other negative social media,
we are becoming more and more disconnected from, and dissatisfied with our lives.

What can you do to feel satisfied?

Going for a walk, daily
Reading a book that's going to inspire or educate you,
Hitting the gym if it inspires you
Ringing a friend you haven't spoken to for a while,
Starting a craft project
Doing that assignment/paper work you've been putting off for ages is gonna make you feel LOADS better.

We get into such a habit of zoning out that we are forgetting now how to zone in.
We are forgetting how to really live.
We are losing our imagination and our inspiration is slowely fading away.

Sure, we all need a little down time each an every day, but ask yourself how much 'down time' are you REALLY getting?
Let me ask you this...How satisfied are you when you go to bed?

Ask yourself "What can I do RIGHT NOW to make my life better?" at least three times a day and I guarantee you will watch your life change you will watch your life blossom✅

Having to many things to do at a time can be so overwhelming.
Having over load inside our heads can be confusing to your thinking.
Stop you from sleeping

We need to stop and just smell those roses.

Think and just enjoy in the moment
Not what happened in the past
Not what you are going to do next
Not what you think may happen in the future

The world is changing every single day now

We have no idea what the furure holds
But spend this time working, improving your mindset

There is so much free stuff out there....turn off that TV ...reach out....go on Utube.....read books and learn things to improve your mind....

No matter how old or young you are we can always improve our minds...

If you are struggling....if you are pi**ed off...its ok to feel this way, but its not ok to spend your time continuously winging about it.....

The world is changing and we need to too

We need to now find new ways of coping with these changes
We need to find ways to improve ourselves

We need not to give up

Here are a few tips

Please for your own mental help right now

I found the C count backwards 5 4 3 2 1 founded by Mel Robbins before reacting to things works a treat. It gives your brain time to calm before reacting

👍Spend this time for You...
👍Get up and move...
👍Spend time with family. Play games. Talk. Cook. Watch movie you will all enjoy, cook popcorn make it a movie day...
👍Walk around and enjoy the scenery
👍Breath in the air
👍Find a quiet place and read a book
👍Phone a friend for a chat

Make the effort to get up off the couch and start to enjoy things more

We are all in this together....lets be there to help each other

The world has changed....So this means maybe some of us have as well

People who are struggling may not reach out to you.....even though you ask R U ok a lot

You know and care about your friend

If someone close to you does reach out

DON'T SAY.....

❌Everything will be ok
❌Don't talk about the time when you were feeling the same, let it be about them only
❌Let them talk.....without butting in
❌Don't try to fix the problem.....help them find ways to fix it themselves.....give ideas and choices....but don't push
❌Let them cry if they need to with no judgement
❌Don't push your own beliefs onto them
❌If you are feeling frustrated with them don't let them see it....it can shut them down even more

DO

✅Just be there and listen....even via phone or video.....but be there for them, organised a drink chat time via video if cant be with them

✅Sit with them even though they may not want to talk right now just sit

✅Give them a hug.....right now we may not be able to physically....get them to wrap their arms around themselves and squeese hard...tell them this is from you as you do the same to yourself

✅Let them cry and just be there for them

✅Be patient with them...they may not be able to see ways out like you can but listen.

✅Accept their emotions

✅Make it all about them....not about you, give then your full attention

These people need to know they are not alone
Tell them we will get through this together you are not alone....I am here
