With a decade of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and deep expertise in ASD, Aubrey founded Etan to create a service built on honesty, transparency and genuine care.
His background as a family lawyer also adds valuable insight into NDIS law and policy.

We kicked things off with some friendly competition at Flight Club in the city, then wrapped up the afternoon with a relaxing lunch at Light Years.

Mental health matters — and at Etan, we're proud to prioritize it.
We're excited to share that every single member of our team has now completed Mental Health First Aid training! 🎉

But we’re not stopping there. In the coming months, we’re taking things even further by upskilling our staff with specialized training focused on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) — because understanding ASD and inclusion are at the heart of what we do.
