For the laughter, the tears, the healing — all woven into my becoming.
Nothing was wasted.
Everything shaped me.

Healing, for me, has never been about “being done.”
It’s about choosing—again and again—to keep showing up for myself.

There were moments when my wounds felt heavy, when self-love felt hard, and when growth asked more from me than I thought I had.

But healing taught me this:
I don’t have to erase my past to become who I’m meant to be.
I just need to commit to myself, gently and honestly.
