Through Reiki, Melanie works with the body’s natural energy systems to restore balance, reduce stress, and promote deep emotional and physical healing. Her sound healing journeys weave together crystal bowls, hand pan, and intuitive vocal tones, creating powerful vibrational shifts that support clarity, release, & inner peace.

As a qualified hypnotherapist, she also incorporates techniques such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to create powerful subconscious reprogramming. By combining hypnosis with NLP, she helps clients release limiting beliefs, overcome challenges, and build the resilience & self confidence needed to thrive.
