CrossFit Access mission is make Health and Wellness accessible to everyone. Enthusiasm & Passion… That’s what you will see & feel as you walk in the door of CrossFit_Access!! At CrossFit Access we like to think our members are joining a club rather than a gym… We strongly promote the community atmosphere of belonging to a club whilst providing an all inclusive wellness package to our members! Alongside providing our members with the best strength & conditioning program available, being the awesomeness of CrossFit, we also offer all our members nutritional advice & the option of having scheduled heath assessments to track you’re progress as you get fitter, leaner & stronger using a few fancy gizmos that we believe makes us stand out from the crowd. We are a fully CrossFit dedicated facility with everything you need to keep workouts constantly varied & functional. We put a strong emphasis on making sure our members get the best quality training in a fun & safe environment. Our facility is fully set up for everything CrossFit, we have climbing ropes, Olympic rings, lifting platforms & a bunch of strongman gear for you to play with!! Come down and meet the crew at one of our free trial sessions. We are a super friendly bunch and keen meet you!

🌟 February Member of the Month goes to... Ruairi McEleney 🌟

"Rory" is the kind of human every gym community hopes for. Shows up, works hard, brings the vibes.

A quiet achiever who never stops learning, Ruairi is one of the most coachable members in the room, truly a coach’s dream.
His Olympic lifting skills have been steadily levelling up and it’s been so great to watch.

And when the workout gets spicy.... He is more than willing to sell his soul to the leaderboard and keep moving anyway!

Always friendly, always encouraging, proud dad and a genuinely wholesome part of the Access community.

We’re lucky to have you, Ruairi. Thanks for bringing the good energy every time you walk through the doors 🤍

JANUARY 2026 MEMBER OF THE MONTH – WENDY MARTIN! 🌟

Kicking off our very first MOTM for the year goes to none other than our 5:30am queen Wendy!

Wendy shows up while most of the world is still negotiating with their alarms. She’s there, she’s smiling and she’s ready to work.

She’s chasing a BIG goal in 2026! Pull-up's by the end of the year, alongside her partner in grind, Lahni.
And she’s not just talking about it… she’s staying back after class, quietly putting in the extra work! That kind of consistency? That’s how goals get ticked off.

Since joining us last year, Wendy has brought such a fun spark to our community. She gives everything a crack, scales smart when needed and isn’t afraid to express strong feelings about running😂. But no matter what’s on the board, she shows up and gets it done!

Wendy, thank you for your effort, your trust in our coaching team, and the energy you bring to the early crew. You make the gym better just by being in it.
