I have been teaching Yoga for 8 years, and practising for almost 20 years. I first started practicing Yoga regularly and for many years as a teenager at The Yoga Studio in Coffs Harbour, Australia. My training took place in beautiful Ubud, Bali, with Louisa Sear, Emil Wendel and several other world renowned teachers of Yoga Arts, Byron Bay, Australia. I then went on to teach Yoga for several years on The Gold Coast before relocating to London, England from 2007- 2012, where I taught Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Hatha and Pilates to all levels and age groups. I could be found teaching and running workshops at world renowned Yoga studios; Triyoga in Primrose Hill, Soho and Chelsea, Evolve Wellness Centre in South Kensington, Jiva Health in Wimbledon, Virgin Active Health Clubs and many more studios, clubs and even schools all over London. My classes are structured to meet the needs of all students from beginners through to advanced. I incorporate music, dynamic or restorative sequencing, depending on the class style, core stability, correct alignment and use of breath. As well as teaching Yoga and Pilates in Australia and England I have also taught Yoga in Hong Kong and ran Yoga retreats in Turkey and Egypt and am now very excited to be teaching here in Perth. Shoulder Mobility - Release Tension from Feeding & Holding Baby πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ 🍼

1. *Start seated*: Sit cross-legged on a mat, feeling grounded.
2. *Grab something*: Hold a yoga strap, towel, or even a baby blanket with both hands, arms extended up (Image 1).
3. *Stretch and breathe*: Gently pull the strap back behind you as far as comfortable, stretching arms up and opening chest. Breathe deeply.
4. *Side stretch*: Lean to one side, keeping hips grounded (Image 2), stretch and hold. Switch sides.
5. *Pull back*: Keeping spine straight, hold the strap with one arm up and one arm down, and gently pull back (Image 3). Switch arms.
6. *Relax*: Drop shoulders away from ears, breathe out tension.

- Do gentle movements, listen to your body.
- Practice regularly to ease tension from feeding and holding baby.
- Consider consulting a yoga instructor for personalized guidance.
