Introducing The Speech Rehab Centre’s new team member, Dr Ashleigh Beales. Ashleigh has over 10 years experience working in neuro communication rehab and has completed a PhD in primary progressive aphasia (PPA). She will be accepting referrals for PPA in addition to our usual stroke and traumatic brain injury communication rehab caseload. Ashleigh is offering telehealth as well as home-visiting in the Perth north coastal and Golden Bay areas (Australia). We recently celebrated 1 year of The Speech Rehab Centre. What a year it has been! We opened our books to new clients and welcomed two new team members and two new babies! It’s been a privilege to offer stroke and traumatic brain injury specific Speech Pathology services to the community and help so many on their journey to recovery. Thank you to all of our clients, colleagues, families and friends who have supported us over the last year. Looking forward to seeing what we achieve over the next year and beyond. Watch this space!
