Yesterday, one of our clients spiralled into full-blown panic. The kind where the body remembers old fear so strongly it feels like death is close โค๏ธโ๐ฉน
By his own words, it was really bad.
Then - something shifted ๐
He noticed it. He said to Tully today, โI actually felt the shift yesterday.โ
He paused, self-calmed, ate and for the first time in a long time, he actually slept okay afterwards.
This morning he woke up grounded, clearer, calm and in awe.
