Renée Hine is a diploma qualified Kinesiologist, Social Worker/Counsellor, Consultant, Writer and Mother. She has been practising Kinesiology and delivering programs since 2010 - firstly with her former business Vitality Kinesiology. Renée had a flourishing kinesiology clinic in Cairns, Queensland for 6 years before relocating to Perth in 2016. She has recently rebranded to Aster Kinesiology and offers kinesiology and intuitive healing to clients that want to shift from their current circumstances and expand their consciousness and self-awareness. Renée is passionate about helping people to achieve their full potential and uses a variety of techniques to support people on their journey to improve their vitality and wellbeing, specialising in helping people clear limiting belief systems and control their emotional regulation. Her THRIVE workshops are a culmination of her experience as a Social Worker and Kinesiologist and designed to inspire and empower people by providing a variety of practical techniques, insights and practices for you to utilise in your daily life to reduce reactiveness and improve our ability to respond to what is happening with increased wisdom, calmness, joy and compassion. Kinesiology uses muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body’s structural, chemical, emotional or other energy systems to establish the body’s healing needs and the identifies the adjustments needed to bring your body back into balance.
